To celebrate Women's history month, Adobe invited me to share a creative piece for their Women Create campaign — to celebrate the contributions of women in history and contemporary society.
I was particularly inspired by poetry this month, to which I stumbled upon works by ancient Chinese poetess and essayist Li QingZhao (known as one of the greatest poets of her time). I looked at visualising her translated poem, “Admiring Lotuses”, into an animated illustration and social media face-filter.
